We have the same-day delivery in the DMV (DC-Maryland-Virginia) within 30 miles of our Chantilly address. If you order before 2:00 pm, we will deliver on the same day until 9:00 pm unless unusual or extraordinary things happen.
We don’t accept any other method to receive your order. (via email or phone) This time, we cannot accept any other payment method without secured online payment from the website.
We have the order purchase limit. You will see this limit when you check out or at the payment stage.
Unfortunately, we cannot keep the products in stock. If some of the products in your order are out of stock, you have two options. First, you asked for a refund, so that we will refund it in 24 hours. Second, when you order, you can pick a similar product option. For example, if you order a brand of olive oil that is out of stock, we can provide you with the same or better-quality olive oil.
We don’t serve physical marketing this time; we only serve online purchasing and physical delivery. We plan to ship to the US locations later.
We ask you to read the ingredients before you order and consume the products.
As you know, some of the products are perishable. They are kept in essential conditions. After your order is delivered, you must take action to keep the food products. (Put the freeze or refrigeration)
We have a flexible return policy. Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us.
If we deliver to you any expired, damaged, or poorly conditioned products, we will refund you the total purchase amount. We can refund you the same method you paid for or, if you want, with Zelle.
If you are dissatisfied with the taste or quality of the food products you expected, unfortunately, we cannot refund the product this time.
You can return non-food products in a week after the delivery for any reason.
